I had a lightning strike and my PSS 3600 va line interactive ups did not protect my alarm system, completely destroyed the pc card and step down tx? Why? I have three other ups systems, funny the other PSS 2000va is off(even the I charged it a week ago), but the 2 other 2000 va ups systems are fine and protected my camera systems.
