They don't answer their phone and then when you finally get hold of them, stock that shows up in the system as belonging to them is just magically missing. People can't be arsed to find anything out and tell you "I don't know". Their entire attitude is just one of bugger off and don't make my work difficult.

It's open on a Sunday. I had to call Design Quarter to find out because noone answers the phones here. Even the Boardmans website is useless and doesn't give open times.

Low on variety, shop assistants not of much help. Removes prices from merchandise prior to sales (ie they hike the price to give you 'discount')
