Quick entrance, good service on paperwork submission. Poor service on cashier payments. Staff regular leaving workstations leaving customers waiting for 10 to 15 minutes at a time before servicing. 30 minutes to service only 2 customers !!

Depending on the day of your visit this place could be hell. But sometimes it's alright and other times it truly is hell

A clothing account as proof of address is accepted however home fibre statements are not.

Minus 10 stars the most unhelpful staff you could ever come across especially the supervisor lady.

Totally pathetic, took 3 hours in 2 different queues just to get inside the building. Security staff are very rude and unfriendly and all seem to be on a Covid19 go slow, took over 4 hours to do what I used to do in 1 hour 30-45 mins. Queues are in the sun, nowhere to sit no preferential service for pensioners. Totally unacceptable service.

Friendly and efficient at the outset but bring a problem 15 minutes before closing time on a Friday and the tune changes. They didn't cause the problem (it's a system deficiency) but didn't want to own it either. Time wasted.
