Had to keep car overnight due to wrong part, this wasn't an issue. However at 11am the next day I called to check on the progress. Then got a call 15 minutes later to say the car needs to be collected before 12 as they are closing at 12. Google stated they are closing at 4 or 5pm. As we stay 45 minutes and was not informed about the closing at 12 till I called we quickly got the baby ready and left ASAP. We were 10 minutes late only to have to wait another 40 minutes for the car. Only one guy was wearing his mask and it really felt unsafe from a covid perspective.

Terrible service, poor workman ship and very unprofessional. Firstly they installed a faulty system in my car. Secondly they left one of my door handles out of the socket. They then left one of their tool kits in my car and made me go back to them to return their kit. The system then didn't work again and I took it in again and they told me it was fixed. Finally today I tried to lock my car and the alarm set but didn't lock any of my doors so off I go again back to EFC to fix it for the 3rd time wish me luck.

We bought a second hand car fitted with a aftermarket speed control unit. EFC sells the unit. I contacted EFC (by email at 07:42 am) to find out if they could assist with a operating manual for the unit. By 07:59 am I received a return mail from Estelle with the requested manual attached. I must say that I am super impressed with this level of service. I will DV definitely contact them in future when required. Well done Estelle and EFC!!
