My Kirby was collected on the same day I called them. It was returned exactly a week later, in excellent condition, as good as new. Throughout the process, I was kept informed. They give meaning to the words "hassle free service". This was quick, easy and painless. Friendly, customer oriented staff. Easy credit card payment upon delivery. Well done, guys! You certainly deserve the 5 stars.

My Kirby machine is over 15 years old , after Elite service centre ,serviced my machine I was blown back they my 20 year old baby was shinny, smelling good and easier to use ,they really did a great service .Well done Elite
