Cannot say that I had a good experience, found customer service to be very poor. I called several times to enquire about my sewing machine repairs, I was told every time that they would follow up and get back to me, this never happened. I finally, after 2 weeks, decided to collect my machines from them. They were subsequently repaired in Pietermaritzburg.
