Good Day. Since my last review (26/01/2021) where I was replied to saying you have forwarded my request onto the relevant people I have still not received any update or response about the certificates that were supposed to be mailed on the 15th of December 2020, it is now the 9th of February 2021 and nothing. Please will you give me a working number and email address to contact as I would like to follow up on the certificates as I am not the only person being ignored by ELMI Management.
