Excellent products, wide range and selection of tools and equipment for the industry and the home garage set up. Staff is friendly but I would suggest professional training in the industrial market. Overall a good business.

Very in willing to provide assistance to new customers. Floor staff have no idea of tool specs and those who do won't come to assist. They rather stand behind their pc passing the info along. Disappointed to say the least as it's an on going issue

Phoned for a spare was assured they have it. Drove 180km just to find out they are incompetent amd don't have it in stock!

Couldn't complain about the service, there was none. Phoned them they gave us the info needed. When we got there, there were no salesperson on the floor to help. At least they had what we needed even if it did take long to get out of there.
