Absolutely horrified at what they charge for scanning a document and emailing it to one email address. They gave my dad a so called "discount" because he's a pensioner, and he walked out R150 poorer just to SCAN and EMAIL a document. NO PRINTING AT ALL. That's at 50% discount! Simply pressing a button on a scanner and then emailing it. Their reasoning is that they have to cover wi-fi cost. The document wasn't even scanned in high quality. Nothing can justify this kind of thing. Rather go to 3@1 where you can print documents for less than that.
