Great customer service from the service advisors, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. To top it all they make it a priority that you leave as a satisfied customer.

I experienced the worst service and attitude from the manager at the Witbank branch , hand brake is loose and the manager told me 'sorry I cannot claim from warranty' and that my kilos are 26000 km with a stinking attitude. I'm so infuriated I will take this to the next level. He just walked and left me standing.

I am very disappointed with VW WITBANK, I bought a Polo TSI Highline 1.2 last year 27 November 2020, during the process of purchasing the car it was smooth until the day of delivery, I had asked the Sale guy Ivrin to send me the Dekra report of the car before delivery and i was promised that he will forward it to me but that never happened because the car was never taken for inspections and roadworthy testing, on the 16 th of December i started to notice that the car water bottle was dropping but i didn't take it mind so later on January the car started overheating so i checked the water bottle and it was fine and when i checked that water pump i could see that it water leaking badly and i reported it to the dealer and they said it was perfect when they delivered the car and its not their problem and the car ''reports'' shows everything was okay but they don't have the Dekra report when i ask for it, so on the 11 January i went to the dealer to replace it and Ivrin told me that his manager Kobus D.P has requested Dekra report from their HEADOFFICE because that's they keep them and he will email it to me or whatsapp it. my car permit expired on the 16 December and i had to driver from Alexandra to Witbank to get a new permit on the 11 January 2021 because they couldn't just come to me just for a permit, when i got there the guy Ivrin started to print the new permit which also expired on the 31 of January and i was promised to get the number plates on the 18th January latest. today it is the 11th of February and i still don't have my plates and they say i must go and do the roadworthy testing myself with my money while i paid them R1500.00 for registration and admin. i tried to escalate the issue with the manager and he was not interested or willing to assist me, they are falling to comply with VW SA. i have escalated this to motor ombusman. i have all the communication on my whatsApp with both Ivrin(Sales) and Kobus(Manager) showing how rude and incompetent they are.
