Poor service, we called to get someone to come out and see what is wrong with our pump. Jaco said he "thinks" he knows what is wrong with the pool (without even coming out to see the pool) and would send us a quote. This happened about a month ago. To this very day we havent recieved a quote or even a phone call, Clearwater pools, it seems, has now decided to stop answering their phones. Terrible service, i would not recommend them to anyone.
