Great doctor but reception staff needs to be replaced

Appointment cancelled by receptionist after making it a month in advance. Rescheduled for the day it have been cancelled,had to take off work to attend the appointment at 12h00. At 13h00 three ladies were still infront of me and are also waiting to be helped. Receptionist staff not friendly or helpfull in any way. There response were that I must inform my work that I was going to be late. No indication on the time etc.

Thanks to your staff Dr. I saw 3 patients walking out of your office due to poor service and attitude towards your already tense clients waiting to see you. Further the waiting of almost 2 hours then walking to your reception to be informed that the medical will only cover part of the consultation and that me would have to pay the rest and thats why we are not being help. When asked ok what can i expect to pay the reception could not give even an estimated price. So thank you but your clients are walking 1 by 1 out very disappointed
