The service manager , Hennie is a difficult person to communicate with. My vehicle goes in for a small repair but the service team caused more damage and Hennie kind of says that's how the vehicle came in. He watches his words carefully but the insinuation was there. I asked him where his proof was in terms of a pre-check and he said they dont do that. So if they damage your vehicle in store, they could easliy just say that's how it came in. I will rather use Middelburg isuzu henceforth. Hennie must learn how to deal with clients. He wouldn't like it if his car was damaged by someone else. The one star is for the vehicle that was cleaned four times the vehicle was there for the same problem. Terrible service

Sales side good, friendly staff, good follow through, especially loved that they had black people as well in sales department. Nice cars. However, in service department side you need to keep following up. If you are not following up it can take them triple them time to get it done. there seems to be an assumption that all clients speak Afrikaans, from even way they answer the phone. Located between total garage and BMW. Instead of going to the mall, stay if you can so can follow up, there are places nearby to buy food.
