I have been with the Lexus brand for 7 years now and was hapy to hear a lexus was now available in my home town. Luckily didnt need service for months agter opening to give them time to settle in. July 2017 I finally got a chance to try them out. Absolutely appalling! From phonecal when making a booking, sounded so amateur, told to hold for a minute while fiddling and eventually realized the reason was holding was for check on dates available to book. Thought perhaps a trainee answered phone and continued with booking On arrival the service was terrible, so not Lexus standards elin every single way. Cleaniness, signage, staff, the attitude the welcome. After letting them know what Lexus service should be like they made more effort but too little to late. They said car needed nee front brakes, quotes 10,000 and I gave go ahead. They called again to say the dont have stock of the brakes I should bring car back next week. I took car to Lexus Fourways who not only had brakes and Lexus standard of service but charged R3500 and what I thought would take all day was done less than an hour. Over and above that they didnt give me a feedback call! Instead I received am email saying I had participated in the survey and I was satisfied!! They lied and gave feedback on my behalf knowing I was unhappy
