Great pizzas. Love that they have a Gluten Free option. The toppings are really wonderful and I love the chicken barbecue pizza really a lot - sweat not too strong. The tjick base is really soft and wonderful - not too "bready"! And it was done quickly! Really love Romans!

Want affordable good pizza? Look nowhere else. Romans has been a favourite of ours as long as I can remember. They have great deals. I remember as students we used to go to Romans every second Wednesday of the month, pool our money, and get the R99 for 2 large pizza special. Unfortunately the Romans close to campus has now closed, and is replaced by another place that sells horrible pizzas.

This service is unacceptable. I ordered a delivery at 18:36 pm , the cashier stated the order will be ready in 20 min. After 30 min I followed up and had to follow up several different times. I spoken to management 3 different times and they stated they will call the driver and come back to me. The driver called and stated he was at my gate after an hour. I went out and the driver was nowhere. I called him back and gave my adress again as he was at the wrong adress. I called management after waiting 15 min outside as we only live max 10 min away. Management stated the driver was at my house. After 1 and a half hour I canceled my order as I still did not receive anything. The driver arrived with the pizza 20:19 pm. The driver stated that it was not his faul as the slip printed and given to him was not clear he also stated that he had to pay for the pizza if it is returned. I had to pay for the pizza, when opened it was ice cold. This was the poorest service I have ever received. Ordering food and waiting 2 hours for it ? Totally unacceptable and I will not recommend Romans Pizza to anyone.

I dont understand why must we be forced to buy extra mozzarella, the cashier (Busi) should stop asking why dont we want extra mozzarella, its our money after all we decide what we want. Other cashiers dont ask us why.

The worst Roman's i have ever been to, the staff seems to be more interested in joking and chatting to each other out loud than to attend to the customers. Then there is 3 cashiers but they ignored me!!!
