Horrible. I took a phone last week on contract and it came with a smart watch. One week later the smart watch does not work and I'm told there's no warranty its supposedly a free gift. But they agreed to book it in will see how it goes. Lesson learned for future always enquire.

They hardly answer the phone . I called about 8 times and 2/8 , they answered the phone but didn't help me instead I heard conversations the telkom employees were having with each other. After three minutes they'd hang up without helping me . Everytime you'd call the phone is busy. In the store it's usually two employees that help people...how can such a big company have only two employees where is the rest ??? How can a store that sells phones not have stock ?? I've been a customer for 4 years and the standard of service is so bad I wonder how the headquarters haven't been notified yet? Don't y'all have random checks ??? Say a higher upper coming to the store as a customer to see how they'd service them ???? . People on social media always note the similarities between Telkom and Eskom and I fully agree . Your data deals are fantastic but the rest of what you offer is just a soar taste . When will you improve?

I was so happy, now that the lockdown restrictions has been relaxed, the service was fast and friendly. There was no long queues and there are seating in the shop should you have to stand in line.
