bad reviews are not a true reflection of the staff or embassy. Make sure all your documents are in order and you shouldn't have any issues. Book your appointment well in advance

Grossily Incompatant. 2nd time our visa has been rejected, the reason being : "No clear reason for visiting". When we've spent litteral hours going over every word in our documents. And there is no help as to what to do next. Sorry for wasting YOUR time.

This was the worst visa application experience I've ever had. the staff at this embassy are so rude and treated us all like we were children even though our problems with our applications was due to them sending us the wrong forms to fill out. It was honestly a horrible interaction and I hope they do something about this staff because it definitely wasn't like this years ago when I first went to Hungary. We met a few people outside the embassy who asked us if we had also had such a bad experience so we know we aren't the only ones who very much disliked the staff. Hopefully they either train the staff better or hire nicer people because at some point this will negatively impact on the amount of people wanting to go to Hungary just because we all want to avoid this horrible embassy.

Initially it was difficult to get hold of the embassy and frustrating.....When I got there physically...I understood....Agnes runs the whole place..... Thank you Agnes for your wonderful help......You are indeed an asset to the embassy. You are a very lovely and compassionate person
