I am really disappointed in the lack of professionalism of these people. To this day they have actually ran away with my money. I do not think this is a reputable establishment to put your money in. This seems to have been a fly by night thing. We learnt the hard way it's no longer in service.

The caregiver destroyed my 82 year old bed ridden mothers microwave oven when she tried to cook a whole egg in the microwave. The egg exploded and the microwave was destroyed. For the past two months since it happened it has been a burden to heat or prepare food for my mother. Further to this it has caused emotional strain on my mother. Now I have to produce invoices etc and mention is made that the microwave has depreciated in value because of use. The depreciated value will result that the microwave is not replaced. No joy from this company!
