I frequently purchase bulk items from both the Epping and Cape Gate branches and the service at both branches is absolutely tops. The staff are helpful and friendly with even management going out of their way to assist. The only criticism I can find would be that I have encountered a lot more of the customers walking around in the Epping branch with their masks down and mouth and nose exposed.

Giant Hyper is where the secret resides. When you're thinking bulk and don't know how to save, try this place. R2 on every 1kg of porridge is quite something when you buy 10. Looks like too much to buy at once until your kids want more. Go there once a month to save more at once and save on fuel. And if you can do it during the week, please do because Saturdays are not practical as there is almost no parking space.

Large whole shop....wide variety of just about everything at a great price. Parking sometimes are full if all the little shops are there.....but I normally do find a spot. Make sure you enough time......if you are going to browse every Ile it will take nearly a full day.
