Bought a EPSON printer at Makro. Was sold the extra Warranty, which i always thought was a good thing, but now find out it means nothing. While still in main warranty the paper feeders gave issues. Took back to makro with all paperwork to cover warranty . They then send to Epson for repair. I now get a call that the warranty does not cover parts and need to pay over R700 to get something under warranty repaired. DONT EVER trust EPSON and MAKRO on Warranty, its a SCAM. They promised if i took extra warranty i have no hassles for entire period. You only see there true colors when you have issue.

Best customer service I have ever had from any big company in South Africa. She handled my problem with so much grace and so efficiently and so fast , I could not believe it. Due to her amazing service, Epson kept me as a client. Thank you Bianca. Wish there were more people out there caring this much about the client.
Epson printer under guarentee faulty . I was referred to PartServe in Jhb as they cannot assist me in Durban. Been 10 days still waiting for courier after I had to pay courier cost on an item under guarentee. Bad service pathetic Will not recommend Epson or PartServe
Best products and a fantastic team to work with!
At First it looked like a good buy but after just a few months the printer is creating lines and not printing the same quality as before . I’m regretting the purchase .
