I went in winter and not only did the facilities have inefficient heaters, but I shivered for the entire duration of my treatment and was made to feel like I was unreasonable for being cold. The owner who does the treatments herself had a scarf and woolen jersey on while doing the treatment and I was expected to be warm lying naked on a table with barely anything covering me. The actual treatment could not be enjoyed as I was having oil poured on me in a big cold room. I left more tense and stressed than when I arrived. I only went because of the awards it says it won. I did not experience luxury, good staff or relief from the massage.
