I go to this store often and I always get a surprise. The other day your cashier was helping me, her personal cellphone rang and YES, she answered it and spoke on the phone while assisting me. Second experience I had to go and fetch some helium balloons. The ladies nails were so long, she was afraid to even assist blowing up the balloons. Body language says a lot and these staff sure knows how to give an unprofessional image. Smile atleast.
