They state that you will be contacted when your order is ready for collection but I had to phone them to confirm if its ready or not only to find out its been laying there for 2 days. Not the greatest service but they've got good specials and competitive prices.

Quality of products is not good, they refuse to refund your money or exchange it for something else. You are forced to take the same product which was not working correctly from day one. Do not buy ear pods from this company as it only plays for 5 minutes after being fully charged and then switches off due to low battery. We spent a lot of money at this store. We bought a coffee machine and guess what...the free pods that was advertised to come with the coffee machine was stolen out of the box. I would not recommend this shop to anybody...very disappointed.

Good place for mostly IT requirements or tech stuff their prices are good especially on hisense equipment . Service is good and they adhere to Covid 19 protocols. I only have one bad experience with them reguarding pricing I still feel hard done but it's okay . They also have a range of outdoor and indoor products tools, beauty and lots more the list is endless
