Deserves a ZERO star. I have never in my whole entire life experienced such terrible service. I went there at 2pm only to be telephonically called at 7pm by then I had already left. Went there the next day at 9am only to be called in to open a file only (not to see the Dr) at 4pm. Surprisingly people who came waaay before me were called in to see the doctor and attended to, and as I enquired at the front desk I was told that preference is given to people who are there to collect blood results and that those who need to see the doctor for consultation and treatment take last preference as they take longer to finish I have never heard such nonsense in a medical institution were people's lives are at stake. I would NEVER recommend this place at all.

The service here is Terrible you can't make an appointment unless you call them. I went there at 19:00 yet my number was given to me in the morning. They took a whole day to see see my daughter. They called me at 17:00 to come while the 2 ladies before me waited. It's almost 20:00 and I'm still waiting...
