I was very disappointed at estcourt spar today. I buy savanna 6 pack light mistake I reconsider after 5 minutes after leaving shop when I come back that time they refused to exchange for me

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! and with the same worker there! I would be so embarrassed to work there. We all stand in a queue to purchase items at the kiosk which is now packed with customers and it took one person to walk straight in and make his way to the counter where he was immediately assisted. When i asked the cashier why she allowed that the customer was quick to say we all in the wrong queue and she didnt say a word. When i was eventually next in line to make my purchase of prepaid electricity i told her what she did was wrong because we were all waiting patiently and all she can say is "R200?". No greeting, no smile, no apology, no nothing!!! When i took it up with the only manager still in store and was offered that i just ask for her personally everytime I need to puchase electricity. And the days she is not on duty??? It was also said that she will take it up with the branch manager but we will see if something will actually be done because everytime we have had a query nothing is done about it. One spends so much money on groceries at this store and you have to deal with rude staff...staff who are not enthusiastic about being at work should not be working here because they are the ones who pull the company down. Disgusted to the max!
