I used Intertrans for the first time after a colleague recommended them, the admin service was on point but the actual pick-up from Cape Town to Durban was botched up so badly, I was confused with other clients, pick-up time was not confirmed, the drop-off time was forced upon me and I was rushed to sign off the inventory list without checking against my own inventory list as 'The driver had to rush to another client'. I later discovered furntirued scratched and dented, broken dishes, missing stuff....my furniture may not have been in the best condition but there is no reason to treat a clients stuff as if it means nothing, this is sometimes all a person has......my stuff was dropped off on the 24th November and to this day I have no response from Operations as to where my missing stuff is.....will stick to the people I know
The 2 gentlemen who provided the service were extremely polite, pleasant, and friendly. They did the work with calm, caring and supportive way. The office team accommodated a last minute time change giving me extra time to prepare for packing. I would recommend them highly. Thank you to everyone, especially the two guys who made the process stress-free.
The amount of packing materials provided spot on. On the day we moved it had been very wet, but the guys worked in such a way that almost no dirt came in to the house. On unloading they were very quick and put everything where we wanted. They were really careful with everything and we have found nothing broken. Really great service.
They arrived early and just kept working nonstop, NO time wasting, NO complaints. Found them very pleasant to deal with and all our goods arrived safe and the same good condition when it left. I can recommend them, great price and excellent service!

My first with Intertrans. I have never been so impressed with a removals company. Both guys arrived early, were really friendly and helpful, and did the job quickly and efficiently whilst looking after our belongings carefully. Well worth it!
