Horrified to say the least! I had a customer come into my shop looking most upset. when i aproached her and she finally let the story out i was mortified with what came out!! absolutely mortified!!! Now i understand that not every customer is right although it is almost always drummed in that "the customer is always right" but with this particular situation i honestly believe that this customer is right. When this customer asked if she could open the parcel to see if the contents were the same as the game that she already had the cashier said it was not a problem. Now whether or not the cashier had the authority or not is beside the question here, at the end of the day the cashier works for Exclusive Creativity and the cashier said yes the customer could open the package to inspect it. The managers response was disgusting toward the customer. In todays economy surely he knows how tough business can be out there. Its all to easy to get a customer, it is not so easy keeping the customer. With a bad attitude you can be sure your business will not sustain in the current recession.
