Service here is quite dismal to say the least. I walked in looking for firewood and despite there only being a single customer in store with 4 staff members including a manager, my calls for assistance went unanswered. I was polite and greeted the staff, which fell on deaf ears. I had to literally shout "hello" at the staff members until one of them, without even looking at me just responded with "yes?". I enquired about the firewood price; R9.00 was the answer, then I noticed a sign at the corner saying R8.00, when I questioned it, I was told that's the wrong price, so I asked the chap why don't you guys put the correct price on in a polite manner. The attendant just laughed and the manager turned and walked away from me. Although it's just R1.00, it's just the principal of giving customers honest prices and not misleading them. I would have been happy to pay even R5.00 more if the service was good. Oh, I must also mention that the "firewood" for R9.00 was more like "small tree branches" some very thin pieces of small trees loosely tied together to form a very tiny bunch indeed. Definitely no value for money being offered here. The store as a whole was not very good to look at with all products being poorly displayed, floors were dirty, the place was somewhat dark with a serious lack of lighting and there did not seem to be much order in the way of store layout.
