Served as a trustee for a building that Faircape was in charge of. After years of lacklustre service and several issues, we decided to move to another property management company. Faircape conveniently forgot to tell our new managing agent that they received an electricity account for our building (which has obviously gone unpaid). The counsel shut off the electricity to the block this morning as a result of Faircape's omission. What remains unanswered is why Faircape let us know about one electricity bill and not the other? Wouldn't recommend them to anyone - but don't take my word for it. Look at the other reviews.

Received a final demand letter of outstanding levies of a appartment that we sold 2 years ago. First communication we received of outstanding amounts. Threatened with legal action if amount is not paid. Interest charged. Amount overdue for 90 days, which means the levy was charged in 2020. Very poor service. Phoned a total of 20 times in a week. Issue not resolved. Phoned today more then 10 times. All personnel on lunch and no one able to assist. Was told that someone will call me back in 5 min, as their lunch finishes in 5 min. Still no response. No one in the office to assist as all personnel on lunch at the same time. Was promised feedback by last week. Have logged a online enquiry. No feedback. Spoke to different people. Promised to be called back. No response or resolution. After the 9th call today, it was said that the agent dealing with the matter is off sick. No contingency made to provide continuity. Worst client service.

I queried an overcharge on my water bill 2 weeks ago. I phoned, they asked my to email. I emailed they asked me to fill in aclientzone enquiry. Filled that in and it has been passed on to 2 people. I know it was a mistake on your side but I am getting no service. Yet you are quick to say I must pay my bill on time. Very disappointed in the pathetic service I am getting. I tried returning a call I received today but no one left a name, so i was passed off to someone who never answered and the call dropped.

Faircape is very greedy! Their levies are so expensive, but no delivery. When you query they take so long to respond and when they do respond they give every vague answers. Their trustees are pathetic, greedy individuals

They prioritise retail construction over resident safety during the COVID pandemic - we have workers all over our building and no controls over health and safety. Best thing is that with everyone working from home, they expect us to manage our meetings around worker tea times. This company only cares about profit.

Complaint gets ignored & no response received after waiting for weeks for one. Email & website query was sent (as phone line wasn't answered when trying to call it through) so it's been blatantly ignored.

Absolutely incompetent property managers! Complete miscommunication between Faircape and security personnel of apartment complex. Dealt with 3 different people and after not being able to make available a simple plastic access card and quoting me for one amount and then eventually settling on a higher amount. This business has no idea what they doing or how to effectively operate.
