My delivery was scheduled for the 5th of May and i checked up on the tracking site and was told it was delivered to the wrong address, so on the 6th of May I proceeded to call the customer service line 3 different times, I was told 3 different stories about why my parcel was not delivered, including wrong address, an apparent strike blocking the road and finally the driver trying to phone me on my cell and being unable to get hold of me, the first two representatives hung up on me after telling me they will check the system, the 3rd told me to email them regarding my problem, I proceeded to do so and I still haven't gotten a reply to the email I sent at about 9am, thank goodness I finally got hold of the depot in East London directly and they proceeded to help me out and I received my order shortly after contacting them.

The Lady at the desk was very helpful in tracking our package after we missed the delivery guy. I was not impressed with the switchboard as they promised to get back to us in 5min, but after 90min we drove to the office as the promised callnever happened. So no 5star., sorry
My package was delivered in record time and the staff were efficient and very friendly. I was very impressed with my experience.
Got great service. Had a package with them that they were going to deliver on Monday, asked to collect and the chap at the station actually waited for me past 1pm which I really appreciated.

This is the worst courier service in the country. There is always delays and the customer doesn't count. They are rude and shouldn't be in businesss.......Pity Takealot insists in using them for delivery as I will NEVER order from them again due to the bad service from Fedex
