Booked a car for a uconnect software issue. I was reminded via SMS about my booking. The staff are extremely friendly and the place is clean and Covid compliant. They were unable to get the uconnect to work after several attempts. I was informed that there was no communication between the radio and uconnect. Was told to book the car in for further diagnosis.
