Tried to do a reorder of firewood by emailing them the order (as was done for the first order), no response, tried again, no response. Finally went to the premises and put in an order in writing with all the details. Two weeks later still no response. Not the way to keep a client base. Have now found a less expensive supplier with next day delivery.

Absolutely unprofessional and i do not recommend you to order from here. Waited 11 WORKING DAYS FOR A DELIVERY CALL. I had to call and STILL NO HELP. Requested a refund!!! Google does not have a ZERO STAR.
