Tygerberg pools rendered excellent service, even during a crisis. While digging the hole, the one side collapsed near my boundary wall. The owner of Tygerberg pools got involved immediately and arranged support for the wall. Job done 100% to satisfaction.Thanks Jan, Mari and Ernst.
Great service! Had our pool done by Tygerberg pools. Had amazing service from the start from Barbara during the sale process. And Ernst during the installation. Even the aftersales service is fantastic. Had a problem with the pool and they came out the same day to sort it out. Turns out it was ignorance on my part and nothing to do with the pool/installation. Ernst sorted out the problem and showed me how to do it next time without any hassles

Horrible service and poor workmanship. After 1 month, cracks appeared in the shell and Its now been 6 months and they refuse to get back to me after trying to contact them multiple times. So much for their "guarantees". Stay away!
Spreading lies about other pool companies just to get jobs. Disgusting !
Non responsive at the worst. Empty promises and never call back or interested to do a service. Dissapointed!!!!!!
