We bought some of your cheese from The Acres Spar (for the Lockdown period). Probably one of the worst cheeses I've ever tasted. It was bland and tasted like plastic, with a hint of something sour. It was very disappointing... It was a real waste of money as this will now be tossed in the bin. You guys need to do something to fix this problem or stop making cheese! This is not acceptable!!!

I first tried Fischer's dairy a few months ago as they were so well priced and to my delight the cheese was great. My favorite is Fischer's Gouda and mature cheddar and I still prefer their cheese when compared to other brands, especially at their price point.

I bought and tried some of your Cheddar Cheese. By far the worst cheese I have ever tried.... Fresh or melted ...there is no flavour , almost tastes plastic.... Nothing good about it.
