Always professional, outstanding service and you are part of the design process from step one to finish. Have never been dissapointed with the end product. What you dream is what you get. Been a customer for at least 15 years now....my jeweller of choice. Marina is my go-to designer and I have built an incredible understanding and professional relationship with her as a representarive of this extraordinary supplier over the decade and half. Fischers is a very friendly and a very helpful place. The staff is always willing to help. The customer service is a different story though. Very poor service. 3 close relatives of mine have had bad experiences, totally unrelated and at different times. My brother got married recently. His wife's ring lost 3 diamonds a few days after the wedding. Fischers sent a courier to fetch the ring as they weren't in town. They said it would take 5working days to make a new ring (they insisted on a new ring being made). It's been 3 weeks now and no ring. Yesterday I phoned to find out what's happening. The lady that answerwd found it to be too much effort to walk up with te stairs to the jeweler to find out how far the ring was. Only after I insisted to know, did she, extremely reluctantly, pour all her energy into walking up the stairs.

I see the satisfied people don't review this. A pity as this jewelry store is one of the best I've ever been to. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The setting is awesome and the products great. They value you as a customer and you can feel that. The after purchase service is good too.

Fischer's issued a valuation certificate on my wife's ring and after it has been stolen the insurance gave the instruction for Fischer's to remake the ring. Disappointingly my wife ended up with a different ring and smaller diamond. They offered my wife a voucher to use the difference in value in-store. After numerous occurrences where her request to be phoned back failed she visited the store to speak directly to the manager raising the bad customer experience. After a dissatisfied outcome my wife refused the voucher and asked to be reimbursed which he declined.
