I just want to thank Ryan and the Rival Motors team, for a awesome job done on my VW Polo. Rival motors ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and obviously found the problem. It was not a easy part to get a hold of as there was a shortage of this part in SA. However Ryan and Claire did not only manage to find the part, but also managed to get me one for almost half the price! I was quoted cheaper to fix my brakes from other garages but I felt a sense of honesty from the team. They did not try to up sell me into replacing the whole car, like some other places and delivered on time with exactly what was asked. I'd be surprised if anyone feels differently. What a nightmare. Took my car to them for a small repair, what they did... Who knows! I've gone to the motor ombudsman as my car is totally destroyed and undrivable after giving them numerous chances to fix it. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Shocking experience. My steering was damaged during a service which they denied doing. They then had the cheek to charge me to fix their mistake. Due to my unpleasant experience I would not recommend supporting this business in the future.
