What an awesome shopping experience. Unlike other online wool shops, their price for the product I was searching for was comparable to my local wool shop. I ordered on a weekend, emailed on Monday morning to change my order, which they did with no problem and it arrived the same day! Not only that, the packaging was very nice with pretty ribbons tied to the invoice. It is the little things on top of the excellent service that make a huge difference. I will definitely be shopping with them again and will highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

Woolcrate recently started a delivery service, and it's outstanding. I wasn't sure of the yarn type or colour needed, so I emailed the store - wow. Fast response, with photos, and, when I ordered, the process was painless and efficient. And my order arrived before expected, everything correct, and at a great price. I can't recommend this store enough - they treat customers as respected and liked friends, and if there's something they don't know, they find out for you.

The service is great. I ordered everything i wanted online and they delivered the same day. Very friendly, efficient and convenient. I would 100% recommend them.
