This is a well-fitted fast food place. The staff are trying to do what's best but they need a bit of help to be more efficient and friendly. The food is a mixed bag. I enjoyed the medium hake meal. The batter was crispy, the fish tastes reasonably fresh, and the chips were decent. I'm just not sure on the value of this meal as it felt like a snack but the price was in the ballpark of a meal including a drink at other fast food chains.

I went in and ordered. Went for a walk to kill time. Lady after me got her food as I returned. To find kitchen deserted. With no one there in whole shop! Asked about order when I ask steers for the fish aways manager. To be told it's just more than 10 minutes In which the kitchen staff returned to only start with my food. Asked for my money back. Feel let down. Will rather support Mac's Food OK, but at least I get it...
