First visit to this business after been to a number of gym equipment suppliers over the past 3 weeks in CT & PE. What was impressive is the reception by Jason Kolm and his knowledge of the equipment. Even more impressive was that they had demo models on their showroom floor. All the other establishments we visited had minimal or no stock on display. Within minutes after leaving Fitness Breakthru I received emailed info from Jason as promised, on the items I was interested. I bought a Body Solid Bench Press / Leg Extension / Leg Curl Combo (GDIB46L) from Fitness Breakthru in January 2021 and was very impressed with the staff's knowledge and professionalism. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, I realised how important it is to own decent equipment of your favourite exercises. I still like being part of a gym community - but I can now take control and gym at home when lockdown comes around or gym at any time I want to in the convenience of my own home. The multi-gym itself is of the highest quality I have seen and is very easy to work with. I received expert guidance as well on how the machine works and the best way to do the exercises. I would recommend Fitness Breakthru to gyms, hotels or anyone like me wanting to be in control of their own health.

Ordered a power rack online and it actually didn't take too long to get here. When assembling the rack, one of the plastic pieces broke while inserting it into the base frame. Only 1 of the 4 broke. I emailed on a Saturday evening about it including 2 photos and even received a response shortly after that they will work on it first thing Monday morning. I did receive a response on the Monday morning that a replacement part is on the way. Excellent service all round. Even with the current broken piece, very happy with the power rack.
