I am absolutely disgusted with this service... not even one star... handed my washing machine in 2 months ago... was never.. not once contacted to give feedback after phoning 3 times and going 1 time to the business myself and being Lied to by Mr Van Lamp my father went to see him.... he then promised that it was the PC board... he would order it and the machine would be ready in a week... still no phone call over a week later.... promised another week.... still no phone call but now when my dad phoned to follow up he refused to answer the phone 39 calls to be exact! My dad called from another number immediately answered.... said he cant answer every call... he got the wrong pc board machine cant be fixed.... my dad told him he will be there to collect it at 15:30.... needless to say... Mr Van Der Lamp no where to be found.... poor staff left to please explain!!! Disgusting!!! NEVER USE THIS GUY!!!

He could not replace the iPad screen, which we understood, but promised refund for the screen R7300. After several attempts to contact him.. He just don't reply and don't refund6. Will definitely not recommend!

I have been trying to contact the owner for a week now after leaving my Samsung Galaxy S8 with him for a screen repair. He let me know same day that he has to source another part which may take longer but from then I have not recieved a reply or an update on my device. It seems that i am not the only one that struggles to contact him.
