I have ordered the sunflower vase with 20 sunflowers and 10 greens within a vase. I paid R884 for it. On delivery, there were only 14 sunflowers! I will not recommend this site, since this is false advertizing.
Tried buying online, and there were multiple issues with the website. The price for flowers went from R360 to R580 once added to my cart (Connie said the guys were working on the website). When trying to submit my card details 2 days later, Bitdefender Antivirus blocked the action stating there are suspicious links and my Credit Card information was not being encrypted (which usually happens where parties clone your cards for fraud). Very dodgy. Bought from another supplier, at a much higher price (an additional R200 odd), but I know they are reliable and will deliver on time. I can't say if this is a fraudulent company, but looking at other reviews, the issues with the website and Bitdefender blocking me from submitting my details, I would advise caution when buying online from them.
My flowers arrived a day late, no way to track and no answer on the listed number, use this service with caution.
This company messed up an order for Valentines day. The order got delivered this morning. (18/02/2020) 4 days late!? Unacceptable. Will not recommend them or use them again.
I ordered 7 boxes of flowers to be presented in the box for Secretary's Day and was so disappointed when they arrived :( I was expecting the flowers to be beautifully laid out in the box on some pretty paper. They looked nothing like the picture that was advertised. They were wrapped in cellophane with a small ribbon (similar to what you would buy at a petrol station) and placed in the box. How disappointing. :( :( :(
Firstly tried to payonline with payment gateway, and that didn't work. I should have learnt and moved on. Then I made payment via EFT and got delivery 2 weeks later because they wanted proof of payment before they made delivery. Order from them if this sort of customer service is acceptable.
