I ordered the gel infused memory foam mattress topper and it is amazing! It is surprisingly effective to soften a hard mattress despite not being very thick. The service I received from Walter was phenomenal - there was a hiccup with delivery but Walter went above and beyond to get it resolved for me - truly a rare value in businesses these days. He remained professional throughout our communication, even when I was not happy, and I will definitely be purchasing from Foamrite again. Excellent product and excellent service!

Don't support Foamrite in the Strand. Bought foam that is suppose to have a 10 year warranty and turns out they sold me old foam that started tearing before we were even able to use it. They won't refund. Owner is called Walter and had a horrible 'I don't care' attitude when we showed them their bad quality product and wanted a refund. Almost R400 for two pieces of foam for two chairs BOTH started tearing. Bad quality, bad service.

Terrible service. We were the only people in store and were ignored for a whole minute. When we were finally helped, the employee made us feel like he was doing us the biggest favour by helping us. Very dismissive and unenthusiastic. We asked if we could try fit the foam into our couch cushions in the shops to see it it fit and they outright said no. (surprise, when we got home they did not fit well) I will 100% not use their service ever again, I don't need to pay to have someone basically roll their eyes at me. Follow up Edit: It was on 02/02/2021 in the morning, however I do not remember the names of the two staff members.
