Car is 10 times worse than before we took it in. Took it in to replace the shocks and for a service - completely wrong oil put in, and suddenly the car has severe suspension damage and the wheels cannot be aligned - cranking noises from the front wheels and a car that is completely unbalanced and worse than before visiting is definitely not what we expected for R7000 worth of work. Upon return no follow-up inspection was done - simply told "that's how it is" and they can provide a quote on redoing the entire suspension.
