Forever Lawn installed some artificial lawn about 2 years ago for me. I have pets and they assured me that I will be able to treat the lawn to combat the smell. They suggested that we put down a cement slab and then fit the lawn on top of that. They are the experts so I agreed. Since then its been a continuous battle with bad odours no matter what I tried. I contacted another company to give advice and they said that the installation was not done according to industry standard. Ie layers of sand etc and not a cement slab. I contacted them to correct the problem but they just ignored me. They even still have photos of my dogs running around on the newly fitted lawn on their site! I would suggest you give this company a second thought.
