Came to Forever New Village mall after first verifying the working hours on the internet. Got there before 18h00 - doors closed. Went to Truworths and shop assistants confirmed that Forever New have the same working hours as them - close at 19h00. Tried calling the shop, no answer. Either the info on the internet is incorrect or something weird is going on. At least put some notification so people know what's what. What an inconvenience!

Level of professionalism is appalling. Sales assistants are not professional, don't care about customer care. I asked them to keep aside an item, they sold it. Did not contact me or inform me. While I took my time to travel there. Did not get an apology for the inconvenience
