Very rude stuff, came in looking for a quotation...was told they don't do them anymore, I should check the items myself. As I was checking for the items with my kids and was then told that the cashier's are complaining that my kids are too loud for them...decided to leave my transaction cos I had over 100 items to buy

We visited Forum Centurion today. We were really disappointed with the service we received. We walked into the store as the doors were still open. As we walked in we got a very clear comment from one of the ladies that "they are actually closed" coming from then side. This firstly made us feel very unwelcome. I actually apologised to her. We walked in and got what we needed as we walked towards the desk to pay another lady showed us out the door. I showed her the items I wanted to pay for but she advised that I cannot pay as their tills are all closed? I was rather blown away in thinking why did they then allow us in the store the first place. We left the goods and the store and dont think we will shop there again. Very rude.

To expensive. A pen costs R12...rands fam. Other countries its about R1. And your coloured pens don't work. Only the red, black, blue and purple work. Waist of time

I love Forum Stationers, close to home, close to the company I used to work for and I've been shopping there for almost 5 years. When I resigned and set up my own offices, I spend thousands there for stationery needed to set up offices. This weekend at Centurion Mall store I was looking for specific file brand which I know I purchased from them (because this is the only Stationery Shop I purchase files at) and was told very sarcastically that I was an idiot and didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked the gentleman to treat his clients with more respect I was told that he heard me the first time and he'll do as he pleases. Needless to say last time I will ever walk into Forum again

This is the third year that I had to buy stationery for my kids. I used to shop around for prices a lot in the past, but have come to realize that bag for bag, Forum beats the competitors by margins, year on year. Well done guys, from this year onwards, you have gained a loyal customer for your business. Well worth a visit, always well stocked and ample friendly staff to assist with any questions.

Variety, reasonable prices compared to other stores.

They are incredibly over priced. I was able to get better quality materials at Archneer for a third of the price. Forum is ripping off Centurion!
