Clean and clear parking for customers

Polite and efficient service. I can only suggest that they please use their flash when making passport photos to avoid a mugshot aesthetic. I thought this was quite a standard procedure after my previous experiences with similar services. EDIT: 1 star. They still have awful lighting and no flash after all these months. Avoid if you want photos for visas.

Very rude staff. I know it's a stressful time with Corona, but the female staff member is so rude! There's a large board outside with plenty of information, I just skimmed the top part the stated "Only 2 customers allowed in the store" & "No children" I saw there's only one customer, so I walked in. (No staff member at the door) The female employee proceeds to say (loudly) across the from the other side of store: "Can you read the sign by the door?" (I even asked her to repeat it as I was quite taken aback) Under the information it also stated "Please wait by the door to be screened" I understand that that is procedure, but the staff member could have been politer, perhaps saying; "Can you please wait by the door?" But asking someone if they can read is condescending and rude. What if someone is actually unable to read or understand the sign? I didn't bother to go do business with them and never will again. It's good to know that Foto First is doing so well during this time of the COVID crisis that they are able to speak to customers like that.
