i went to the drive through and they took my order for coffee's , when i get to the payment window i was then told there is no coffee , i asked to speak to the manager (FIFI) who said the coffee machine isn't cleaned and will take time if i was willing to park. i did not go through a park through its a drive through for a reason . its simple do not offer a product you do not have on the menu , at breakfast not being able to serve coffee??? and the response of " oh well" is unacceptable .

A quick drive through with 4 hungry tweens. Always a great bet. I'd love to give KFC a 5 but I would like them to have just 1 thing other than coleslaw for a celiac to eat. @KFC

After being told the ice cream machine is not working I asked to cancel my full order, upon which I was told very quickly, oh wait it's working again and true as Bob, the ice cream machine works perfectly. The level of service from this KFC is sad. Never had an easy and pleasant experience with KFC Broadacres.

This is the best KFC in Gauteng. Food is always fresh! Only gripe is buddy drink selection. Never sprite zero but not a bid one.

Credit card machines never works, ice cream machine never works. Staff put sign boards up on drive thru and door to avoid helping customers until they are ready to help. This KFC only opens at 9am for some reason and if staff dont feel like serving they will only open doors and drive thru well past 10. Worst KFC

Terrible, terrible customer service. I've been to this branch a few times and every single time, without fail the staff is unfriendly, they don't greet, or respond when you greet them, the service is slow and the food was terrible. The chicken tasted like it was reheated from the previous day. Did not taste freshly prepared at all!!
