I had an issue with my Renault, hence taking it to French-Tech. A lot of work was done to the vehicle which was above R20k. When I received the vehicle, there were a few quality issues and it had to go back. The vehicle ran well for three months but then the same issue was back. I have since had G&T Auto (a mobile mechanic) look at the vehicle and discovered an issue that cost me R50 in parts and the vehicle is going very well. I must say that I am happy that the work done by French-Tech was done, merely because the vehicle has 243 000 km on the clock but not satisfied the issue was not resolved by them. As mentioned, their quality is also a little suspect.

French-Tech have recently moved premises which matches their excellent service and old fashioned principles in that they respect their customers and their business. They offer a pick up and drop off service, provide competitive Estimates and keep you fully informed. My car is always returned cleaned, polished and with a new air freshener. Well recommended.

This is a place where you would wanna fix your car if you have a Renault, Peugeot, Citroën etc. Friendly and they know what they are doing had good quality workmanship offered to me no complaints.

Very bad service, l took my car to them to sort out loss of power up hill, charged almost 13k , 2 days later car still doing the same thing, took it back, they said come get it its sorted, first day car still doing the same thing and getting worse, took it back , beginning of Dec 2018, they said please bring it back January 2019, l took it back 8th January 2019 they gave me a different diagnosis, promised to send a quote following day, never did, followed it up every month till l went to get my car 04th April 2019, owner was not intrested to listen to anything l was saying, l want my money back
