I don't fish. My kids fish. They love it. Even though they are yet to catch anything here. Theres a nice little shop for snacks and fishing sticks etc

Great family event place, a amazing calmness takes over you. Best place to picnic, learn to fish or even just to sit and enjoy the sunset or sunrise, walks and runs with great routes.

Very neat area with a nice view. There is plenty to do as it is in the rietvlei zoo farm. Unfortunately no luck in catching fish.

Great place to relax. Bring an umbrella or gazebo for shade. Equipment rental was cheap i think R50 a rod

Dam is overfished and the managment dont control the amount of visitors per day they just allow the over crowding
